He holds a Doctorate in Psychocriminology from Oregon University in the United States, where he developed specialized expertise in the psychological mechanisms of criminal behavior, victimology, and violence prevention.

In addition to his doctoral training, Dr. Rachid earned an MBA in Business Management from Switzerland, providing him with strong expertise in organizational leadership, strategic management, and international business development. This unique combination of behavioural science, legal insight, and business strategy allows him to advise institutions, organizations, and companies on complex challenges related to security, risk prevention, and strategic decision-making.

Dr. Rachid also brings extensive professional experience in the security sector, having worked in operational and leadership roles before establishing his own security company.
