Dr. Rachid advises organizations and institutions on risk prevention, violence mitigation, and strategic security planning. Effective security strategy requires more than procedures and technology; it requires a deep understanding of human behaviour, institutional dynamics, and real-world experience.

Dr. Rachid El Mounacifi brings a unique combination of academic expertise, legal knowledge, and decades of practical experience in security environments. Raised in a military setting where discipline, order, and public safety were part of everyday life, he was strongly influenced by his family background. His father belonged to the first police promotion in Morocco in 1956, shaping Dr. Rachid’s early awareness of security and public service.

During his academic studies, Dr. Rachid began his career as a security officer, gaining firsthand experience in operational security. He progressively advanced through different levels of responsibility within the private security sector, eventually establishing and managing his own security company.

Today, combining his background in psychocriminology, law, business management, and security leadership, Dr. Rachid advises institutions, organizations, and companies all over the world on risk assessment, violence prevention, and strategic security planning.

His multidisciplinary approach enables clients to anticipate threats, strengthen institutional resilience, and implement proactive security strategies in complex and international environments.
